| Regular meetings are held the second Saturday of each month at 12:30PM in the Roger Williams Part Botanical Center (map) in Providence, Rhode Island. Don't be discouraged if you live elsewhere in New England: members travel from all over to attend, and carpooling is encouraged. |

| Well, because CPs are lots of fun! Whether it is the visceral satisfaction of seeing a pesky mosquito slowly engulfed and digested by a Sundew or the exotic, exquisite beauty of a healthy Nepenthes laden with pitchers, there are so many things to like about these plants! |
| Dues are $20/yr for adults, $10/yr for students, and $25/yr for families. Considering the wealth of contacts and knowledge, not to mention the incredible prices and trade opportunities for plants and equipment at society meetings, that is a steal! |
